Hi,
Images inserted into the description field in Service Desk of my tickets disappear after I hit save.
The new incident ticket arrives with the image inserted, and I can see the image if I log into WebDesk, it just doesn't show up in Service Desk.
Analyst permissions are set in System - non-process Related for HTML Image (create/read/write/update).
I searched but haven't found anything yet. Any info will be appreciated.
