Oddly enough, these printer issues seemed to kind of go away on their own over time. I haven't heard too much more about it lately, but that could be because of the holidays and people being out of the office. We never really identified what the issue was, but I suspect it had something to do with either a Windows or Office update. The problem was that we've deployed so many updates that it's difficult to level down the one or ones that might be responsible.
