I've been asked to simplify an already simple service catalogue, to break out the procurement part of the service request from Installs Adds Changes etc., to the users don't have to 'think', any ideas on this? Can I have 2 different service catalogues one for procurement only and one for everything else? Any other ways this can be done simply? Am running latest version od LDSD.
