You can get close - Log into webdesk and launch the shortcut and associated you want them to use. The screen will change to have this displayed. Then copy the contents of the address bar. As long as they are using integrated login, when they use this link either from an email oir a desktop shortcut, it will launch the shortcut with the template applied
