Thanks Tanner, I was actually able to reproduce this problem in the LANDesk Boot Camp and spoke with some of the LANDesk guys about it there as well. I spun up another Win 7 VM and made it a PXE rep. When I did an update, I replicated the problem. That is when I decided to open this question since I reproduced it in a clean LANDesk Boot Camp Environment.
