What version of Roxio 10 are you using? Which switches are you using? I found a few articles stating these switches worked but only these worked:
setup.exe /qn REBOOT=ReallySupress MPI_EULA_ACCEPTED=1 /l*v "%temp%\RoxioCreator_install.log"
setup.exe /qn ADDLOCAL=All RX_EULA_ACCEPTED=1 Reboot=ReallySuppress
